
Andrew Hayes Williams is a writer living in San Diego, best known for his satire published in McSweeney’s. His novel, In Light of December, was called “a heartfelt read that illuminates an important chapter of American history” by Kirkus Reviews, and his short fiction has been published in the the literary journal F(r)iction (issues 15 and 22) as well as the Lost Love Anthology (Dragon Soul Press). His first publication, an essay on Nathaniel Hawthorne’s “Young Goodman Brown,” was featured in the psychology journal PsyArt. He is currently working on an independent film, Balthazar & Friar John — a comedy inspired by Romeo & Juliet.
